Alberto Bengoa e0adf71570 Adding Apache's plugin support ...

This plugin supports issuing/renewing certificates without needing
to stop/start Apache's daemon.

This change also adds a variable to allow override default letsencrypt
config directory (/etc/letsencrypt).
